Exchange Policy

At SPOLEZ, each piece is crafted with care and inspected for quality before it reaches you. To maintain the highest standards of luxury and fairness, we operate under a No Refunds Policy. However, we are pleased to offer exchanges under the conditions outlined below.

Eligibility for Exchange

  • You may request an exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with original tags attached and packaging intact.

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

How to Request an Exchange

To initiate an exchange, please contact us at info@spolez.com with your order number and details of the item you wish to exchange.

  • If your request is accepted, we will provide instructions for returning the product.

  • Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately so we can make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Exchangeable Items

  • Sale items, gift cards, and any items marked Final Sale cannot be exchanged.

Important Notes

  • Exchanges are subject to availability. If the requested size or item is not in stock, we will assist you in selecting an alternative product of equal value.

  • We do not provide cash refunds under any circumstances.
